We are seeking a full-time Claims Management Specialist (m/f/d) for our partner based in Dornstadt as part of a temporary staffing arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring that complaints are handled properly
- Ensuring and Improving Customer Satisfaction
- Receiving, processing, and advising customers in the event of a complaint
- Independently conducting and monitoring root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and verifying their effectiveness
- Internal resolution of complaints in coordination with Quality Management and the relevant departments
- Maintain Complaint Statistics
- Support for the Quality Management Representative
What We're Looking For
- Completed training in a technical field
- Ideally, experience in quality assurance
- Proficient Use of MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
