Your Responsibilities
- Operation and Setup of Various Production Machines
- Monitoring the Manufacturing Process
- Conducting Measurement and Quality Control Checks
- Machining and Processing of Metal Components
- Performing simple maintenance and upkeep tasks on the machines
- Assistance with incoming and outgoing goods inspections
- Compliance with Quality and Safety Standards
What You Should Bring
- Initial work experience in the metal industry or at a manufacturing company
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Experience working with machines is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn how to use new machines and work processes
- A meticulous, reliable, and independent work style
- Ability to work as part of a team and motivation to learn new things
