We are looking for a Technical Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment with our partner based in the Aachen district.
Your Responsibilities
- Procurement of technical tools and materials for food-processing facilities
- Requesting Quotes, Comparing Quotes, and Processing Orders
- Reconciling Orders with Delivery Slips and Invoices
- Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring that materials are available on time
- Maintenance of purchasing master data and close coordination with internal departments and suppliers
- Support in strategic procurement by assisting with supplier selection and evaluation, as well as by assisting in negotiations of framework agreements and terms with suppliers
What We're Looking For
- Completed business or technical training, ideally with professional experience
- A good understanding of technical matters, particularly with regard to tools and materials
- Proficient Use of MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
